Modern life often disconnects us from nature and from ourselves. Stress, mental fog, and a lack of connection with the natural world can leave us feeling disoriented, exhausted, and alienated from our deepest essence.
Author Richard Louv coined the term “nature deficit,” describing the growing disconnection from the natural environment due to urbanization and prolonged indoor living. This detachment can lead to attention disorders, obesity, and depression.

This 3-day residential retreat in the green heart of the Emilian Apennines is designed for those who seek simplicity and reconnection—with themselves and with Nature. Through meditative practices, spontaneous sacred singing, energetic movement, and group experiences, you'll embark on a profound journey of personal transformation and renewal.
A Sacred Sound Healing facilitator and direct student of a Lakota chief will be in Italy for this exclusive event!
You’ll experience a powerful journey of deep connection and rediscover a more authentic version of yourself.

Sacred Sound Healing Facilitator. Student with Chief Golden Light Eagle, who honored her with the name Canga Waste’ Winyan. Level III Tensegrity® Facilitator.
A lover of Nature and everything that reconnects us to our most ancestral and instinctive essence, I’ve dedicated my life to awakening this part within myself—and I love guiding others toward a deeper, more authentic way of feeling. I believe a profound shift will happen when we, as human beings, begin to see ourselves as equals to all other living beings—part of one great system where every element is vital and necessary to Life.
A passionate and loving soul, attuned to the rhythm of the Earth, she draws inspiration from both the rustling of forest leaves and the mysteries of distant galaxies. An intuitive percussionist, she finds comfort in sharing her love for the ancient pulse of the Earth and the whispers of the cosmos—threads that connect her to the timeless wisdom of the Ancestors.
In Egypt, in 1989, she experienced her first sacred drumming ceremony. In 1996, she was honored by Chief Golden Light Eagle, who bestowed upon her the name Cange Waste’ Winyan.
She has lived in Hawaii for over ten years and will be in Italy for this special occasion.
The retreat will take place at a farmhouse nestled in the greenery of the Emilian Apennines, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Surrounded by scenic landscapes and beautiful nearby forests, some of our activities will be held outdoors in nature. In case of rain, sessions will move indoors to a cozy hall. Meals will be primarily vegetarian or vegan.

For the very first time, right at the entrance to the forest, I felt a deep SENSE of PROTECTION as well as WELCOME—something I usually associate with my Guardian Angel.
I experienced something truly meaningful and spiritually significant.
Thank you.

Ms. Saandra accompanied us on our 5-day tour of Peruvian power sites… and in two of them, she took up her drum and joined the shaman in his healing practices. I know that Shaman Tito de la Rosa was deeply grateful. As a recipient of her musical contribution, I found Ms. Saandra able to blend in seamlessly—without drawing attention to herself—while aligning with the intentions, mood, and music of the moment. Because of this, I wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Saandra as a sensitive and skilled drummer and musician, and I endorse her in any future musical endeavor.

I found in Giulia a thoughtful, gentle, profound, and sensitive guide. With grace and care, she helped us honor the forest and its inhabitants in a powerful, immersive experience of connection, grounding, and growth.
It was beautiful to witness the respectful silence of all participants walking toward our destination—you could feel we were listening, both outwardly and inwardly.
Heartfelt thanks.

The guided listening, observations, and moments of inner reflection led us deep into the ‘world’ of the forest—its atmosphere and secrets. Listening to the tiniest sounds and feeling connected to every blade of grass and every tree.
All senses were engaged in discovering leaves, twigs, rocks, and traces. Our guides, always attentive and gentle, allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the experience.
Thank you.
